Peck Row
The Firm has recently completed construction documents for the renovation of Peck Row, 1620-1628 North Farwell in Milwaukee. The building until recently has been a low income, single room occupancy apartment building that fell into disrepair after a fire damaged the building in 1997. The project is waiting final project financing and permitting. The renovation will convert the former 5-unit townhouse building into twelve stacked condominium townhomes, each with two bedrooms and two baths. There will be some underground parking, and a supplemental detached garage. The street facade will be restored, as well as several other significant historic details. To maintain its look, the existing brick will have it's paint removed and repaired.
